Summary

The role is to assist the Chief of Staff specifically in charge of conducting various transversal missions on behalf of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) London Deputy Senior Country Officer.

 

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent directly gets instructions from the COS for each mission that will be decided or given priority to and may on this occasion:

· Within the learning phase (6 months) assist the COS in managing transversal projects within London or within Europe in conjunction with Country COO’s or between Paris and London.

· Take the lead on some projects under the responsibility of the Chief of Staff.

· Assist the COS in the follow-up of the different actions identified during the analysis phase of a project and facilitate its implementation.

· Organise collaborative transversal work sessions between various department representatives from the Front Office and Support functions, some of them being not under the direct responsibility of the COO, others being part of a matrix organisation with Paris.

· Assist the COS in the preparation of presentations for project committees or Branch events

· Conduct analysis of processes, workflows and produce conclusive reports. This may include delivery and follow-up of ad-hoc missions from the COS (post-mortems, investigations)

· Participate in the preparation of various committees
