Job summary
The Trainee of Organization in India has to perform/assist for three main roles:
- Project management/PMO
Responsibilities:
o Management of Local projects and coordination of Regional or Global projects.
o Management of Information Security and RBI compliance related projects.
o Any other activity pertaining to ORG team on ad-hoc basis.
o Assist team in performing outsourcing related activities.
- Local Information Security Support
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate for Ad-hoc / Daily / Quarterly / annually regulatory returns submission.
o Assist team in promoting Information System Security among India staff and participate in local cyber security exercises like VA & PT.
o Participate and contribute in defining the KRIs & KPIs for Local Cyber Security Committee.
- Support for BCP for India
Responsibilities:
o Assist ORG team in elaborating the BCP solutions and with preparing necessary documentation under the supervision of the Head of Organization.
o Coordination with IT and other stakeholders for implementation, testing and reporting of BCP solutions.
o Any other activity assigned by ORG team on ad-hoc basis.

Experience:
o Experience should not be more than 12 months.
o Knowledge of banking system, especially Information system as well as its various actors is desirable.
o Some project management experience, if possible involving several countries or entities actors. Corollary to that, change management experience is appreciated.
Required skills
o Advanced user of Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). The candidate should be used to communicate appropriately at all levels of hierarchy (from staff to senior management).
o Capacity to gather support from other business lines to drive change within the organization, across departments and teams.
o Rational, synthetic and well-organized person.
o Proactive, motivated and having excellent people skills.
o Capacity to multitask and learn quickly about really different subjects.
Technical skills required
o Project management skills including managing stakeholders for implementation etc.
