Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful and versatile Software Engineer to join our dynamic team
delivering innovative solutions across industries. The ideal candidate brings a unique
combination of technical engineering expertise and strong consulting skills, capable of leading
end-to-end solution delivery and engaging with stakeholders to align technology with business
goals.
Scope of duties:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement full-stack applications across a range of platforms
and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET).
• Lead integration of third-party services including SSO (Microsoft, Google, GitLab), API
gateways (Kong), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable cloud-native solutions using
IaC (Terraform), DevOps pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD), and developer portals
(Backstage and/or Port.io).
• Support digital transformation initiatives contributing to solution architecture,
technology roadmaps, and data/AI strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, driving planning, execution, and delivery
through agile methodologies.
• Take ownership in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical
feasibility, acting as a key point of contact for clients.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements,
including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance
policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements,
including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including
reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Job Specific Environment and/or Organization
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Singapore based working hours will require the occasional need to accommodate
European business hours
Candidate Profile
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally in consulting or
client-facing environments.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript,
and Python.
• Practical experience with popular front-end and back-end frameworks (React,
Angular, Node.js, .NET).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Cloud Practitioner certified), API
management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage project deliverables independently while collaborating effectively in
team environments.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI/LLM integration (e.g., GPT-4).
• Prior exposure to digital transformation or grant management platforms.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
