Job summary

**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

Summary
 

Provide supervisory support in the administration and documentation of bilateral, syndicated and agency loans in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

·             Check and verify loan data into mainframe (COMBO), Loan Management Tool (LMT), funding system (BLOFI) as per internal procedures.

·             Review loan agreements on bilateral, syndication and agency.

·             Monitor the relevant loan events according to the terms and conditions.

·             Monitor fee (commitment, agency & etc.) collection and distribution.

·             Check and verify loan related money transfers via APIS and administrative messages in SWIFT.

·             Handle ad hoc requests on operational matters in line with the terms of agreements.

·             Check loan transfer process (funds and non-funds participation).

·             Check funds movement notification to Treasury.

·             Monitor the fee accrual and its balance in proper manner.

·             Monitor the quality and timeliness of work outsourced to platform.

·             Be a proactive team player, work together with the team and other departments to resolve issues and completion of tasks on timely manner.

·             Perform coaching to team members where necessary.

·             Responsible for regular and ad hoc reports as required, driving changes and streamline existing workflow aligning with the bank’s strategy.

·             Perform other loans functions or ad-hoc projects /systems testing as required and directed by the Department Head.

·             Back up the Department Head, not limited to production and regular KPI meetings.

Academic qualification / Speciality

Level of minimal experience

·         Minimum 7 years working experience in Credit and Loan Administration

Required skills

·         Excellent supervisory and communication skills

·         Be a good team player

·         Work independently with minimum supervision

 

Languages

• Good command of written and spoken English; proficient in Mandarin would be a plus
