Job summary

  • To lead, supervise and organize daily work of China credit analysis team (SCS), including arrange credit analysts workload, interact with client coverage and product lines on deal structure and sign off on credit risk advice to Credit Committee
  • As secretary to China Credit Committee and Special Asset Committee, to coordinate and organize corporate credit committee, drafting committee minutes
  • Assisted by CMR team, to follow up on post-approval credit risk monitoring and control, including early warning signal identification, credit documentation credit risk related matters finalisation, financial ratio covenants compliance monitoring
  • Together with CMR Head, to lead credit risk related regulatory reporting contents provisioning, both to regulators and internally to RMC/Board
  • To lead corporate credit risk portfolio review to prepare for annual China Country Risk strategy and limits review
  • To assume other transversal responsibilities assigned by line managers
