To assist Head of Global Markets Division (LGMD, Silvia KIM) and Seoul GMD team in all administrative, reporting and communication matters.
1. To perform administrative tasks for the Head of Global Markets Division and Seoul GMD staff that include :
- To oversee and regulate all administrative procedures for Seoul GMD team (staff leave calendar, mail log, vehicle log, stationery orders, office inventory control etc.)
- To arrange domestic / abroad business trip itinerary (booking air tickets, hotel, etc.)
- To schedule meetings, arrange conference / video calls, and to receive visitors
- To manage and control approval requests and expenses via CONCUR system
2. To prepare daily / weekly / monthly revenue reports (OMEGA, PnL, Weekly Reports, etc.)
3. To support KTB onboarding process as a member of “KTB Onboarding Committee” in coordinating with FIG, CMBO, Trading and Sales team
- To prepare weekly KTB omega report
- To monitor and track the status of newly on-boarding clients and the revenues of on-boarded clients
- To communicate with the related Sales and the Credit Business Lines to further promote KTB throughout network and to be result in actual profits
4. To enhance internal communications supporting HR, GMD Hong Kong Communications team etc.
- To provide support in publishing a newsletter (‘Asia Target’) for CACIB APAC, running of diversity networks for CACIB Seoul, preparing GMD Seminars (‘GMD APAC Offsite meeting’, ‘Economic Seminar’, etc.) for CACIB GMD
