Assist trading products within authorized products and limits
Key responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Planning
· Support the Head of Trading and other senior Traders
· Support executing transactions accurately and in accordance with established local trading procedures and risk parameters as directed by the head of Korea trading and traders within limits set by MAM
· Being aware of all economic and financial data likely to affect the market and keeping updated on market changes
2. Daily Trading & Administrative Responsibilities
· Support timely recording by entering all transactions into front office trading systems in line with applicable trading procedures in effect
· Provide best efforts in a timely fashion to resolve all trade breaks as reported by Back Office
3. Management and Reporting
· Support reporting to local Head of Trading on progress of business and specific issues
4. Risk
· In conjunction with Senior Traders, establishing overall risk parameters
· Ensuring adherence with regard to position and risk limits in market and counterparty risk
· Adhering to given risk limits at all times
5. Counterparties and clients
· Support developing and maintaining relationships with clients and peers in other organizations as directed by Head of Trading
· Be part of representing the firm with external organizations as directed by Head of IRD Trading
6. Communication
· Communicating to Senior Trader and Head of Trading for any concerned functions in case of problems
· Working closely with back office and middle office to ensure accurate and efficient processing of trades

Academic qualification / Speciality
- Good knowledge on Capital Market products (FX, bond, interest rate & currency swap deal etc.) is preferred
- Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Macro
