Crédit Agricole CIB Japan has a strong track record in cross border advisory services, as well as in short and medium term financing in Japanese yen (JPY) and other currencies.

The Bank is a major player in the fields of project, export and trade finance, supporting large local and global corporates in their investments and projects overseas, often working closely with Japanese Export Credit Agencies. Our local franchise has also a wealth of experience in real assets financings, notably in the aviation and real estate sectors.

The team is currently having 4 members, it is responsible for Project Management, Business Analysis, Application Solution Design, development and support. Every member has various scope and work closely with each other.

The delivery of the team includes new application for business process enhancement, operations automation, application upgrade and enhancement for existing applications. The targets of our applications are all departments (Bank Front Office, Bank Operations, Accounting, Risk, HR, Compliance, General Affairs, IT, etc…) of Credit Agricole Securities, Bank and Credit Agricole Life insurance. These applications are therefore only for Credit Agricole employees. The team is working closely with the infrastructure team within GIT Tokyo but also with other entities such as Paris, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. The team is also working with external vendor and clients involved in our Projects

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Tokyo as Assistant Software Engineer

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate project between local requirements and local development but also local requirements and other entities  development : 

• Communications. Circulate internal emails for updating and sharing information from PAS Team.
• Production support. Respond promptly to technical issue alerts and user contacts with replies and follow-ups.
• Business Analysis. Gather requirements from users, discuss with local software engineers finalizing solutions.
• Documentations. Internal and project documentations in shared online platform.
• Proposal initiations: Prepare materials for presenting project proposals.
• Project Management. Identify and manage tasks on topic basis and deliverables.
• Tests. Arrange and manage test plans and results for preparations of production changes.
• Teamwork: Organize and manage tasks for yourself and others to contribute towards deliveries.
• Collaborations: Efficiently engages with internal and external IT teams.
• Problem solving. Apply and understand situations and be focused on resolving and closing problems.

To be eligible for a VIE:

• Be less than 28 years old
• Be graduated of Master Degree
• Be EU citizen

You are postgraduate with a Master Degree in Software engineer/developer  from an University, a Business or Engineering school.

First experience (school intership accepted) in IT development production

Hard Skills :

• Basic technical knowledge and experiences to work with technical team.

• MS Blazorise – Intermediate

• C# .NET – experiences working

• SQL – experiences working

• Comfortable working with non-coding applications and their business setups.

• Capable to work in both Agile and Waterfall mode.

• Application coding knowledges and skills
• Good communication skills in English (fluent level) both in reading and writing are required.
