Job summary

This position will support Senior Banker in managing portfolio of corporate clients. The role involves assisting client relationship management, credit-related processes and administrative tasks in line with internal procedures and branch strategy. The position also independently manages selected corporate client relationships.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

1. Corporate coverage & Credit Execution

  • Work under the guidance of Senior Bankers on the coverage of a portfolio of Corporate clients
  • Active involvement in due diligence for relevant product executions
  • Prepare and update of credit applications including full documentation oversight (administrative and technical aspects)
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and business lines

 

2. Client relationship management & Business development

  • Support the development of Senior Bankers in developing new and existing Corporate client relationships globally and strengthen the bank’s position against competitors
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities to maximize profitability
  • Conduct annual budget exercise and optimizing resources
  • Independently managing new TMT client relationship

 

3. Portfolio & Risk management

  • Monitor and manage the bank’s portfolio exposure
  • Conduct ongoing risk monitoring and execute follow-up actions during the life of the exposure

 

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Report key developments and events to Senior Bankers
  • Maintain and update reports, tables relevant to coverage activities
  • Closely manage internal/external guideline, regulation, and compliance

 

5. Sales & Administrative support

  • Provide logistic support for client marketing and sales activities 
  • Manage administrative systems

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

  • +5  years of experience in in Corporate/Investment Banking

  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management with corporate clients

  • Deep understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and financial products

  • Excellent marketing & people management skills

  • Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill
