Job summary

Summary of the position:


• The position will be mainly responsible for managing Business Continuity Management (BCM) Domain, Information System Security (ISS) Controls and various Projects driven within CASPL regionally & globally.
• The person will report to the Head of Org and shall be responsible to plan, implement, monitor and review the projects within the above mentioned domain.
Main responsibilities:
To achieve the Business Continuity Objectives of the Organization.
• Ensure completeness of recurrent tasks on BCM / ISS as per guided by Region & Head Office (HO).
• Contribute to the various projects driven globally.
• Conduct some projects in autonomy.
• Handle the KPI/KRI and specific related tasks for the various platforms within CASPL.


Main duties:


Business Continuity Management:
• Annually conduct the Data Recovery Test and ensure proper co-ordination between vendor site & Business. To ensure seamless communication between business and IT teams locally to mirror Production Site with Data Recovery site.
• Lead and facilitate execution of the plan and support plan navigation for the business at the time of an event.
• Facilitate and support the execution of the plans at the time of a Crisis Event.
• Annually conduct the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaign and responsible for appropriate reporting internally and in HO.
• Design & facilitate tests & exercise as needed for the BC.
• Responsible to conduct & participate in the various Committee’s & Campaign’s relating to the BC Domain.
• Support Senior Management in aligning all BC planning, initiatives & goals with Organizational goals & Infrastructure Capabilities.
• Provide visibility & reporting to the BC Committee on the critical functions, individuals & infrastructure within the business plans in order that they can make critical decisions.
• To facilitate & promote Cross BCM whenever needed & as applicable.


Information System Security Controls:
The person will be responsible to implement security related projects locally which are driven by HO/Region with appropriate coordination with Local IT Team & Business.
• Ensure some ISS recurrent tasks and notably controls as part of the yearly roadmap which are set for the various Business Lines are coordinated seamlessly & implemented locally during the said time frame.
• To Coordinate the Information System Risk Analysis initiated on the Business Lines & Support Functions, coordinates the action with stakeholders involved & help validate for further analysis.
• Responsible to conduct & participate in the various Committee & Campaign relating to the ISS Domain.
• Handle the various UATs (systems upgrade, system migration, change of systems etc.)
• Responsible to coordinate the Applications Rating locally.

Supplementary Information

Project Management:

Responsible for planning, organizing & directing the completion of Projects from start to end as guided by HO & Region.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to various stakeholders involved on timely basis.
• Plan, schedule & track project timelines & deliverables
• Develop & deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Responsible for optimizing & improving processes & the overall approach wherever & whenever necessary.
