Job summary
At the heart of CIB and GIB, SFS is a global corporate finance business line providing well-structured and highly efficient solutions to complex financial issues of CA-CIB group’s main clients.
As SFS is a non « plain vanilla » financing group with strong structuring capabilities we have close relationships and synergies with other business lines (e.g., GMD, SFI, & M&A). Main types of products are tailor-made financings, monetization of financial receivables, hybrid financings.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the senior originators to originate, structure, sell and execute corporate and structured finance transactions in the US and in a cross border environment (US to Europe or Latam)
· Identify financing or solutions for clients
· Production of offers, pitches and term sheets with Senior Bankers
· Participation in the marketing effort to clients and development of SFS business
· Participation in the negotiation and execution of complex documentations in liaison with legal counsel.
· Production of financial models, credit applications and other internal materials
· Monitor and follow up of the portfolio, including credit quality / covenants

Candidate criteria
Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
· BA/BS degree or Master degree with accounting/finance/economics/business law coursework
Level of minimal experience
3-5 years
Experience
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking preferably with Front Office experience (including execution of transactions)
Required skills
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and teamworking
· Knowledge on corporate banking, credit and capital market products
· Result oriented, and focused on producing a high quality product
· Series SIE/63/79 (either previously completed or will be required to be completed after starting)
