Summary

 

Playing a key role in the origination and execution of liability management and bond transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Focus is liability management and bond transaction execution; which involves guiding a deal through the internal approval processes from start to finish for a primary market issuance. This includes assisting with the due diligence process; coordinating with auditors, rating agencies and legal counsels (both issuer and underwriter’s); coordinating with sales, trading and syndicate; assisting in arranging investor road shows; and all other responsibilities associated with a lead-managed new issue.

 

Working with senior DCM staff, the person will be responsible for preparing all requisite credit analyses and transaction memoranda for obtaining approval of bond underwritings.

 

Putting together pitch book materials and maintain deal related and market related data bases.

 

Bond price modelling and analyse.  Credit and comparable analyses regarding potential issuers, including retrieving publicly- available information on companies, identifying and profiling comparable issuers, etc. This will entail using various data sources, including Bloomberg, Informa and CreditSights.

 

Maintain contact with European and Asian colleagues to assist in production of multi-currency presentation materials; work closely with global DCM coverage to obtain necessary approvals for cross border bond issuance.

 

Work seamlessly with the loan syndications, interest rate derivative, Sustainable Banking and other teams in coordinating multi-product pitch book materials.
