Job summary
Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven IT Trainee to join our team and provide daily support in our capital market system and IT infrastructure. As an IT Trainee, you will play a crucial role in assisting with project coordination and providing first-level support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of capital markets while working closely with experience IT professionals.
This Trainee should have already completed all graduation requirements and will be able to start working full-time by summer 2024. Trainee contract is one year to begin with and renewable for up to two years in total.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine system checks, and monitoring system performance.
- Analyse existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to coordinate and execute IT projects related to the capital market system, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to capital markets systems and make recommendation
- Assist in the daily support of various Capital Market systems.
