You will join the Real Estate team at Credit Agricole CIB Australia as a structured Finance Analyst .

Your concrete missions will be the following: 

• Financial and other risk analysis for new / potential transactions including completing cashflows,
  feasibilities, ratings, risk assessment and other due diligence of the asset(s), project, counterparties,
  structure and market.
• Assisting with the preparation of business opportunity submissions, credit submissions and annual
  reviews including supporting documentation, deal ratings and return metric outputs and input into
  the internal systems (i.e. Anadefi, Eurecca and Phidias systems).
• Assistance with the execution of approved transactions including review of conditions precedent,
  compliance with approvals, completing Certo, draft deal tombstones, and liaising with Loan
  Administration, Portfolio Management and Treasury as part of Financial Close processes.
• Assisting with tasks required for new and existing transactions, including the review and summary
  of valuation reports, environmental opinions, information memorandums and market analysis.
• Portfolio Management functions including risk review of compliance certificates (financial
  covenants), financial reports, valuations, asset performance and other information undertakings.
• Assistance with financial compliance and regulatory requirements on individual files and across the
  Real Estate Australia business and portfolio.
• Preparation of and updating loan administration statements (LAS), know your customer (KYC)
  procedures and any other general administration of loans in conjunction with support from the back
  office and the ERA Support Team.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial, regulatory, management and Head Office reporting and
  updates as required (including portfolio exposures, budgets and/or other ad-hoc reporting or
  presentations).

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

Are you are future VIE ?

You are postgraduate with a Master Degree from an University or a Business School, with a specialization in Finance.

A first experience in Banking is necessary.
