This position is a comprehensive role that combines credit administration, risk monitoring, data management, and regulatory reporting across both corporate and financial institution transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit & Risk Control:
You will be the second line of defense, monitoring both corporate and financial institution transactions through systems like CORIAS, SDP-Coraly, and GCE. You'll check for any anomalies or discrepancies and immediately report genuine or sensitive issues to the Head of RPC-CMR. You are also responsible for verifying compliance with approved credit conditions and maintaining accurate credit ratings in systems like KORUS and BMA. A critical part of the job is monitoring the Legal Lending Limit daily to prevent any excesses, especially those controlled by the FSS.
2. Documentation & Data Management:
You will ensure the accuracy and security of all legal documents and agreements, storing both hard and soft copies. This includes reviewing documents to confirm that all approved credit conditions are properly reflected. You will also manage data integrity across various systems like MDB, MIHOS, and KEOPS, regularly checking for technical issues and updating information as needed.
3. Reporting & Regulatory Compliance:
You will be responsible for preparing and submitting a wide range of reports to internal and external parties. This includes daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on transaction anomalies, legal lending limits, and corporate client data. You will also prepare and submit required reports to local regulatory bodies like the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) and the Bank of Korea (BOK).
