About Us:


At CACIB London, we are committed to enhancing our operational resilience capabilities to ensure we can recover quickly from unexpected events while continuing to serve our customers and support our colleagues. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operational Resilience Analyst/Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in embedding and continuously improving our resilience framework.


Key Responsibilities:


·        Operational Resilience: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of our operational resilience framework. Create and maintain accurate and insightful documentation and reports. Identify and map important business services and dependencies. Lead scenario testing and monitor the resilience of critical operations.
·        Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Stay informed of emerging regulations and trends. Prepare and deliver periodic resilience and continuity reports to senior management.
·        Crisis Management: Support the development and execution of our crisis management framework. Play a key role in incident response.
·        Third-Party and Vendor Management: Ensure outsourced partners and suppliers meet resilience and continuity standards.
·        General Responsibilities: Maintain the operational resilience organization. Collect and present data, analyse problems, and recommend solutions. Support department management, lead projects, and prepare presentations.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Essential: BSc Degree or equivalent.

Desirable: Relevant certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301.

Experience

  • Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or related fields within a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with risk management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Required skills

 

  • Proactive and strategic mind-set, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Technical skills required

Competent user of MS Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
