Manage Brokerage team to ensure that the daily activities are processed, settled and delivered smoothly and efficiently on all perimeters covered.
Lead projects and conduct reviews of processes to further optimize Productivity, Quality and Security
Pay attention to potential operational risk and work on preventive measures.
Introduce new measures to automate work processes and in response to market changes using automation tools.
Work towards a zero operational error environment.
Engages in direct customer contact to ensure quality and timely services in transactions processing and inquiries are provided.
Work on resource allocation to achieve operation efficiency, participate in recruitment and all Human Capital actions
Maintain high level of co-ordination between regional middle offices.
Participate in global, regional and local projects such as new information systems, new activities development, innovative solutions etc…
Ensure the change management related to various transversal projects and actions plans defined
Ensure KPI/KRI are produced and duly commented to the management and partners
Develop effective reporting to the Head of Capital Market Operations and the Global head of Middle-Office.
Post Graduate or equivalent
Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in Capital Markets Operations, especially in Fees & Brokerage invoice processing & Reconciliation activities
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management
Familiar with full operation cycle, Banking industry operations, Capital Markets products knowledge
Experience in working with Projects, Migration of activities involvement in optimization/improvement of processes
Versatile with PC tools and automation tools, e.g. MS Office, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBi etc.
Good hands-on knowledge & understanding of Capital Markets operations
Experience in Transformation in Operations
Excellent Risk awareness (especially operational risk)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & and automation tools, e.g. SQL, Alteryx, PowerBi etc.
