Support local and regional Finance teams on selected regular and ad-hoc Management Control processes
• Be actively involved in identifying the scope and methodology of the centralised processes, including industrialisation and automation
• Contribute to the training and professional development of other IFIN team members who may be involved in some of the processes
Perform selected Management Control processes for APAC entities
• Take an active and ongoing part in determining the scope of Management Control processes to centralise to IFIN over time. Initial processes will focus on CACIB India and CACIB Australia, as well as new processes related to the BMF-Carmen interface project but will then be extended to other entities and regional team and other processes.
• Depending on the scope and workload, other IFIN staff may assist, in which case they will need to be trained and supervised.
• Availability to provide coverage during local public holidays to maintain continuity for international business needs.
• Commitment to a shift-based schedule (including early and late rotations) to ensure 24/5 or extended coverage for Finance production across all centralized ISIS entities
• Travelling may be occasionally required (e.g. Australia, HK at the beginning)
• Education : Post Graduate(M.COM/MBA Finance), CA (Qualified/Semi Qualified)
• IT skills : ability to use Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Upslide, PowerBI and possibly Dataiku
• Languages : English • Good understanding of FX/Derivative products & its accounting, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Rigor, curiosity, ability to communicate
