Job summary

Summary:
Fees & Brokerage team are responsible for managing following activities: - Fees Invoice creation & processing invoice post obtaining necessary approvals. - Brokerage Invoice creation & processing - Break Investigation (Nostro, Cash Custodian, suspense accounts) - Provision Management


Main responsibilities:
• To manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level agreement.
• Production & Quality monitoring, coaching and feedback to team members in monthly/weekly One-One meeting.
• Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa.
• Ensure all KPI/ SLAs are met as per agreement with Customer.
• Updates himself/herself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.
• Adhere to Information Security Policies of the Company.
• Report any Security Incident that is observed.
• Prepare & publish permanent control report on timely basis.
• Ensure clearance of all Security and Compliance related Trainings and Certifications.
• Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.
• Keep Company’s and Customer information confidential and not disclose to unauthorized individuals and outsiders.
• Prepare/Review daily & monthly MIS Reports.
• Work Allocation to team/ Target/expectation with team to meet weekly/monthly target.
• Responding to all business emails, escalations and investigate root cause.
• Tracking of external/internal dependency for unpaid invoices for the entire team and ensuring no misses.
• Prepare training plan for new joiners & ensure that knowledge imparted effectively by trainer.

Main duties:

• Can be requested to work during Mumbai Public Holidays for BAU purpose.
• Can be requested to work in a shift organization (early/late shifts) in order to ensure the production activities are carried out smoothly

Key competencies required of Job Holder:

• Knowledge of general banking operations.
• Be expert in using CA-CIB systems (training will be provided), literate in MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
• Need to develop a deep knowledge of Financial products to bring more value to the team.
• Ability to identify changes to processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and with all parties concerned, notably other departments correspondents located abroad in multiple branches of CACIB or external clients of CACIB.
• Fluent in English (and other foreign languages appreciated)
• Be able to operate in “project mode” i.e. contribute to projects run with IT/Project teams
• Be able to lead projects and conduct reviews of processes in order to further optimize Productivity, Quality and Security

• Experience in Investment Banking operations a definitive plus.
• Experience in working with “projects”, involvement in optimization/improvement of processes.
