Job summary
The role is in FTO-Financing and Trade Projects. The function is that of a Business Analyst, working closely with business and onshore Product Owners/ Project Managers as well as internal development, ISAP, architecture and other transversal teams.
1. Define the requirements needed to achieve the improvement sought by:
- Performing an analysis of the situation/request by animating workshops, define needs and translate it into Business Requirements.
2. Perform functional testing activities, including:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Front office, Compliance or IT, conduct interviews/workshop to understand their needs and translate them into BRD and functional specifications.
- Write tests scenario (end-to-end functional use case) and define tests cases
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure solutions meet
business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform the functional tests, and liaise with international teams (business project team and IT teams)
- Write the tests acceptance report based on the tests results,
- Report KPIs
- Identify bugs, report them and follow up on the correction and re-tests
- Manage JIRA tickets,
- Coordination of tests end-to-end within operational Teams (depending on projects)
3. Ensure change management activities :
- Generating the change documentation, and animate training sessions,
4. Completion of the reporting activity,
5. Ensure the overall quality of the delivery.
Supplementary Information
· Clearly understand the client business requirements and provide optimal solutions.
· Contribute to the analysis and drafting of business requirements and functional specifications
· Assist QA team for SIT & business users during UAT cycles.
· Should be well versed with the SDLC cycle, Agile methodology, quality and release control processes
· Should have high-level technical know-how to be able to drive technical/security related changes with the IT teams

Experience
At least 03 – 05 years of prior experience in BFSI Domain - Trade Finance testing / Business Analyst
Although, for these activities, you will receive trainings on Trade Finance, and more specifically on Ti+ application (FBTI), prior knowledge and experience in Trade Finance, or Ti+ is an advantage. And Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing is required.
Required skills
Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other operating system skills especially using emails
Technical skills required
Functional Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of Trade Finance business,
- Define business requirements, perform tests,
- Fluent English required
IT competencies:
- Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- JIRA,
- Work in Agile mode
- FBTI (is a plus)
