Job summary
**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.
Summary
Provide operational support for Retained Platform and BSG role in the administration and documentation of bilateral, syndicated and agency loans and short-term financing in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the disbursement of bilateral, syndicated and agency loans and short-term financing.
- Liaises with related parties on administering and follow-up of such loans/financing.
- Performs loan/financing processing in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Ensures documentation, files and records are complete and update.
- Processes payment/receipt instructions, and monitors loan accounts and arranges fee settlement.
- Ensures payment/repayment of loan is done in a timely manner.
- Handles the role of Business Support Group (BSG) to interact with Platform
- Participates loan/financing related projects and systems testing.
