Job summary
**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

Summary
Officer in the ATM team - reporting to the Head of FCS Hong Kong – in charge of managing Agency and bilateral deals for the financing activities (ERA – including Shipping, CLF, ITB)
Key Responsibilities
In relation to ATM matters:
- For Agency deals, liaise with the Borrower, the lenders, and third parties (when applicable), assist in the handling of waivers requests
- Monitor the covenants and reporting obligations of the Borrower (for Agency deals and bilateral loans);
- Assists in the loan administration (roll-overs, rate fixing, fees, repayment) of the Agency mandates;
- Perform middle office functions for the Shipping deals managed in Hong Kong, including the feeding of certain information in the middle office tool (currently SMAC);
- Perform certain account services (handling of payments, dealing compliance issues etc) for the Shipping clients;
