Job summary

** This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

Summary

  • Perform secretarial duties within the CLF, DAR and Sustainable banking teams (exact perimeter may slightly vary).

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs secretarial duties for the CLF, DAR and Sustainable Finance Teams
  • Special focus on Heads of CLF and DAR APAC.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation papers, Expense Claims and proofread materials for errors.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings and facilities including travel and hotel arrangements and room bookings.
  • Receive phone calls, route callers, take messages and provide routine information to staff or clients.
  • Establish and maintain files of documents and records.
  • Collect and disseminate information to relevant parties in the Bank.
  • Assist in organising regional meetings / workshops / seminars etc.
  • Working as directed from time to time by the department heads and Senior Bankers.
  • Produce correspondence, reports, presentation papers; process and maintain confidential information; collect and disseminate information to relevant parties.
  • Administrative support, process invoices, claims, subscriptions, office inventory, staff arrivals and relocation.
  • Back-up other GFD APAC assistants when on leave.
