Agency function in charge of Real Estate Finance
Key Responsibilities
Provide agency services to real-estate financing clients and syndicate lenders (covenants, consent requests, management of information flow)
Monitor & manage existing portfolio (covenants, collaterals, cash & account)
Support FO in executing new transactions (reviewing documents, opening accounts, internal booking, coordinating with relevant departments) and in conducting various reports (assets, profitability)

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
Bachelor or equivalent background is desirable.
Level of minimal experience
11 years and more
Experience
At least 10 years of banking experience in Structured Finance is essential.
Experience in Real-Estate Finance, Telecom Finance, Leveraged Finance, Aircraft Finance is ideal.
Required skills
High communication skills both in Japanese and English
Mathematically minded
Good understanding of real-estate finance
Technical skills required
