Job summary

 

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to serve as Executive Assistant to Chief Compliance Officer for Credit Agricole CIB Americas (CCO). The position is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the CCO, managing and executing daily administrative and logistical needs of the CCO.

The ideal candidate must be discrete and display the ability to handle sensitive information, a proactive approach to managing the CCO's agenda and priorities, and a commitment to streamline operational tasks to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage and maintain CCO’s calendar, prioritizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings/conferences, including room reservations and video/audio setup.
  • Anticipate and address potential logistic issues, delays, or conflicts in advance, ensuring CCO's workflow runs smoothly.
  • Arrange and coordinate business/personal travels (both international and domestic) and commitments for CCO, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa application.
  • Prepare detailed travel schedule and agenda.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently by handling tasks such as managing supplies, workstations, and coordinating maintenance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for office-related inquiries and providing general support to visitors and compliance staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage all logistic-related matters for facility management and procurement for the CCO and Compliance.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by CCO.
  • Flexible, occasional availability outside of standard business hours may be required

 

Salary:

$90,000 to $105,000

Academic qualification / Speciality

 

Essential:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Desired:

Master's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field

Experience

 

Required: 

8+ years of experience in executive support and operations

Desired: 

10+ years of experience in executive support and operations

Required skills

 

Competencies:

  • French speaking & writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible, ability to work under pressure, and adaptable to changing needs
