Program Overview
The U.S. Analyst Program provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading global investment bank. Participants work alongside experienced professionals across multiple HR functions while building a strong foundation in the financial services industry. This two-year program is designed to develop early career professionals into future full-time contributors within the organization. Analysts gain exposure to key areas of Human Resources including recruiting, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Position Summary

The HR Coordinator (U.S. Analyst) provides cross-functional support across the Human Resources team including Recruiting, Mobility, Payroll & Benefits, and the HR Business Partner group. This role offers broad exposure to HR operations within an international investment bank and plays an important role in supporting early careers programs, onboarding processes, and HR administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Campus Programs

  • Support campus recruiting initiatives and university engagement activities
  • Assist with the full lifecycle of analyst and intern recruiting
  • Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications, and scheduling
  • Assist with Superday preparation, materials, and event logistics
  • Support the Global Markets U.S. Analyst and Internship programs

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate onboarding processes including background checks, documentation, and new hire setup
  • Manage pre-hire requirements including CRD registrations and compliance documentation
  • Support onboarding checklists, approvals, ID badge requests, and system access
  • Assist with employee offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems

HR Administration & Project Support

  • Support HR Business Partners with administrative processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and HR documentation
  • Assist with mobility processes related to domestic and international moves (housing, relocation logistics, expense tracking, W-2 documentation)
  • Support payroll and benefits data reconciliation
  • Assist with vendor invoicing and search firm agreements
  • Maintain data accuracy within internal HR systems including Workday and the Employee Tracking System (ETS)

Executive & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Human Resources including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with HR initiatives and system implementations such as PeopleDoc and Workday
  • Support HR-related reporting and data tracking

Qualifications

  • Minimal Qualifications
    • Candidate is eligible to work in the US

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 1+ year of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred.
