SUMMARY
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Real Estate Asia ex. Japan and other team members in real estate financing opportunities via working on transaction-related work, preparing credit applications, performing portfolio reviews, and drafting marketing materials, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis/ modelling and other associated work (such as KYC, etc.) to facilitate transaction pitching, assessment and execution
- Perform industry research, draft marketing materials, and prepare financing proposals to prospective clients
- Work on credit applications, annual reviews, and portfolio reviews, etc.
- Work closely with team members on various tasks in relation to business origination
- Contribute to team reporting for both internal and external purposes
