Vice President - Infrastructure Project Finance (EMEA)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President - Infrastructure Project Finance to join a leading Infrastructure Finance team supporting the origination and execution of complex project finance transactions across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in arranging and executing large-scale infrastructure financing and debt advisory transactions across sectors including transportation, social infrastructure, regulated utilities, energy transition, and other infrastructure-related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Support the origination and execution of infrastructure and project finance transactions across EMEA.
Assist senior transaction leaders in assessing new business opportunities and executing complex financing mandates.
Perform detailed financial analysis, cash flow modelling, risk assessments, and transaction structuring.
Conduct due diligence and support the preparation and review of transaction documentation.
Assist with the drafting of credit applications and internal approval materials.
Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction proposals.
Manage transaction processes, including internal reporting, approvals, and documentation requirements.
Support syndication processes, including preparation of information memoranda and coordination with lending partners.
Maintain and update internal transaction management systems and databases.
Assist with budgeting, pipeline reporting, and portfolio management activities.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications
CFA qualification or Accountancy degree/certification.
Experience Required
Previous experience at Vice President level within a banking or financial institution environment.
Strong project finance or structured finance experience.
Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure financing transactions.
Experience in:
Financial modelling and cash flow analysis
Credit and risk analysis
Transaction due diligence
Financing documentation and execution
Technical Skills
Strong financial modelling capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with project finance models.
Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
Good understanding of accounting and taxation principles.
Knowledge of complex structured finance and project finance transactions.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of infrastructure sectors.
