Job summary


Summary

§  Crédit Agricole CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Crédit Agricole Group. It offers its clients a comprehensive range of products and services in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance and corporate banking.

§  Based in London, this position benefits from a strong exposure to Global Markets commercial and trading initiatives and involves interacting with senior Trading and Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Actively contribute and assist COO Office in leading and running GMT related projects/initiatives
·        Follow up of the on-going projects covering Operational, IT and business support related topics.
·        Participate in the definition of the roadmap and key milestones where appropriate and help coordinate with the various stakeholders (GMD and Functions)
·        Ensure formalisation and documentation of the project in the relevant internal tool

2.      Provide support on the Daily monitoring of the GMT performance
·        Ensure accurate the daily GMT activity reporting, challenge the data sources and chase inconsistencies

3.      Ad-hoc Sales and Trading analysis to the Senior Management
·        Assist COO office in the production of the support documents and minutes for GMT governance forums
·        Ad hoc analysis for Sales, Trading and GMT Management.

4.      Help in reviewing, updating, maintaining and implementing Policies and Procedures
·        Review and refresh internal GMT procedures and maintain in the dedicated tool Policy Manager
·        Participate in the drafting of the training support documents and help in the Training session organisation
·        Ensure with the help of the Transversal BM team that relevant GMT procedures are properly implemented and adhere to by GMT staff

5.      Handle on-going GMT COO Office relationships between the Transversal team and other Businesses and Functions

·        Business Managers of parallel and regional functions

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Essential:

Degree preferably in a Business or Scientific subject
