Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Chartered Accountant

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


At least 6-8 years post qualification ALM and Management Control experience in banking 

Required skills

·             -Good knowledge of Accounting & Regulatory Norms for Capital adequacy & Liquidity

·             -Good understanding of FX/Derivative products & its accounting.

- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail is an essential part of the job
- Adaptability, multitasking and project management skills
- Demonstrate an ability to learn and desire to develop and improve by challenging status quo
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact at various hierarchical levels, with specific orientation to stakeholder interests.
- Well organized and ability to perform under stringent time line pressures without compromising on the end result quality
