Position

Overview: In a challenging and multicultural environment, the candidate will mainly provide expertise and leadership in Summit project and its related release management services. In coordination we the Summit team in our head office, he will ensure the successful deliverable of the summit release by his team, the efficiency of the operational model to be defined and fine tune over the time. He will take the lead for project lead from Asia and will operationally lead the relationship with the vendor, in coordination with the head office, who is in charge of the contract relationship.

Main responsibilities

The role will focus primarily on the build and delivery of SUMMIT evolution project. You will lead and keep engage 9 to 12 team members composed by business analyst, technical lead and software developers.

In line with this, you would be expected to be fully accountable and responsible of your team deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.

You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes.

As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), you will forge close relationships with project manager in our head office, others team leads, architecture functions and editors consultants. There will be a limited travel aspect to this role (approx. 25%).

A strong maturity in project management is required as you will be part of the project committee, reporting to the program director the progress highlights with key performance indicator, evaluating risk assessment and proposing mitigation, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.

To ensure you will be an efficient knowledgeable point of contact for head office project manager, at least one or 2 competencies either technology or business domain would be appreciated

    - Grid Computing (data-synapse)
    - Relevant experience in similar upgrade package project

• Candidates should have 15+ years experience in Summit Application in a large organization.
