Job summary
The Global Markets Division (GMD) / Structuring team is in charge of origination, structuring, transaction approval process, execution, product development and pricing support across Secured Financing products (incl. Repo, TRS, Secured Notes/Deposits/Funds and secured loans / Senior Portfolio Financing (Asset-Backed Lending facilities) to Debt Funds activity.
In this position, you will assist structurers in the team.
Key Responsibilities is as below
· Assisting other more senior structurers in the Secured Financing & Credit Structuring team in various tasks, by indicative order of priority:
1. Reporting (daily reporting on pipeline, monthly reporting on Senior Portfolio Financing)
2. Marketing and internal presentations (as per sales and internal requirements)
3. Transaction analysis support
a. Structural analysis
b. Counterparty Credit analysis
c. Collateral analysis
d. Credit approval process
e. Pricing (comparables, trade blotter, pricer)
4. Transaction execution support
5. Documentation/termsheets for vanilla transactions (template based) as per trade flow
6. Market data maintenance and analysis
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- be studying any undergraduate degree, in the penultimate year, that allows you to do a placement year
- be available for full 12 months
- be available to start on 22 June 2026
