	About Structuring
Global Markets Structuring is a team of financial engineering specialists dedicated to the development of innovative and bespoke solutions for our clients. Structuring works closely with both Sales and Trading to develop new products; price and execute complex transactions; enhance the platform and product suite; and work on risk advisory mandates. 
The team maintains expertise around risk, legal, compliance, tax, accounting and regulatory aspects associated with capital markets transactions. Structuring has a cross-asset mandate encompassing all asset classes traded by GMD: fixed income, credit, equity, hybrids and secured financing.
About Transverse Structuring
 
Transverse Structuring works on a global, cross-asset basis across our partners within CASH and Global Markets Trading.  The team has primary responsibility for:
- New product development: involved at every step of the process from initial design, managing internal approval processes and document creation
- Bespoke transactions: lead on transactions that are part of wider deals or otherwise document-intensive, for example:
 -  Structured finance transactions – loan hedging, securitisation swaps, deal contingent hedges
 -  First-of-a-kind or exotic repacks or OTC transactions
 -  Complex and Sensitive Transactions
- Platform management: owner of our issuance programmes (on-balance sheet, SPV repack and SPIRE) and primary liaison with the Legal team for OTC documentation:
 -  Relationship management with third party issuers and agents
 -  Programme updates and management of templates and internal procedures
 -  Primary point of contact for new product, optimization and platform expansion queries
 -  Front office responsibility for managing OTC templates
- Regulatory Change and Special Situations: lead within Global Markets Divisions for industry initiatives and event-driven projects
- Strategic developments to improve efficiencies: automation and reporting tools, software development
 
The role is for a structurer within the Transverse Structuring team in London with a particular focus on Fixed Income.
- Key Responsibilities
 
 Liaise with colleagues in CASH on clients’ objectives, and help identify and design products to suit their needs
- Manage complex transactions throughout the lifecycle: product development, marketing materials, internal approval processes, document negotiation and execution
- Coordinate within CASH to ensure global collaboration of ideas and leverage efficiencies across desks
- Maintain awareness of market and regulatory changes; identify risks and propose solutions where relevant; represent CACIB on industry working groups
- Day-to-day oversight of flow transactions, providing advice and assistance as required to Sales, Structuring, Trading and Operations
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of template termsheets and confirmations compliant with CACIB policies, local regulations and industry standards
