Job summary

Title: Corporate Counterparty Risk Manager / Senior Credit Analyst  

Internal Grade: Vice President

Role: In charge of a portfolio of corporate clients in the Sydney Branch

 

Key responsibilities:

·         Provide high quality credit analysis and risk opinions for corporate clients that operate in various sectors of economy for risks originated and booked in the Sydney Branch

·         Ensure a smooth and well-managed credit process for one-off credit requests and annual reviews as a key point of reference at RPC SCS in Australia by making sure that the RPC input is issued timely by meeting CACIB requirements

·         Monitor and to anticipate the operating performance and credit risk profile of clients as well as sector trends in Australia and globally, assess adverse impacts if any, and take pre-emptive actions

·         Follow up and adhere to CACIB norms and procedures on credit risk related matters as well as  country and credit risk management strategies

·         Keep local RPC SCS governance updated in alignment with CACIB and regulator’s requirements  

·         Assist the CRO with annual portfolio reviews, inquiries from the regulator and auditors (if any), and preparation of credit risk related information on behalf of RPC in Australia

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

Experience in corporate credit analysis at an International Corporate and Investment Bank.
