Job summary

Summary of the position:

As a Change Manager, you will work closely with CBI management in order to prepare, plan and implement changes toward the organization and ways of working of the department (300+ FTE).

In particular, you will be involved in the finalization of the DevOps transformation of the organization as well as the creation of a Control Tower for the support management.

Main responsibilities:

·         Analyze and challenge department ways of working

·         Implement Lean Management principles to conduct transformation

·         Act as a project manager on the transformations identified

·         Ensure alignment of overall department processes toward DevOps principles

Main duties details:

Analyze and challenge department ways of working

·        Based on the standard ways of working of the department and CACIB:

·        Do an audit of the current practices and elaborate a change management plan

·        Help the manager to execute the change management plan

·        Follow-up the adoption of the plan

·        Supervise and maintain the dashboard for top management

·        Lead the governance

Implement Lean Management and DevOps principles to conduct transformation

·        Analyse the practices and current process to propose improvements in term of Support,

·        Continuously improve the efficiency of the current project management process and support practices

·        Coach the project managers and managers to deploy new methodologies and processes

·        Propose new templates and process improvements in an efficient way

·        Propose new metrics in order to better measure the productivity and risks of our projects

Act as a project manager on the transformations identified

·        With the HOD and Head of Global Support elaborate the plan of transformation of the Control Tower.

·        Pilot the project of construction and transformation

·        Lead the governance (Project committee, Steering Committee)

·        Follow the efficiency of the transformation

Ensure the adoption by all stake holder

Secondary duties:

·       Contribute to change management activities within the department

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in related field

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


-Experienced in change management, planning, budgeting and staffing.
