Job summary

 

Provide full support and collaborate with various levels of Management to gather information pertaining to the key objectives.

Organize full administrative and office management support to CEO and other teams and businesses.

Support and organization of agenda, travel, visa, meetings, hotels, car rental etc. for business trips.

Ensure the day to day smooth running of correspondence between branches

Communicate with external contacts to properly handle direction of business relations and arrangement of meetings as needed.

Discuss and negotiate at local level corporate rates with hotels, suppliers, etc.

Process expense reports and invoices reflecting proper adherence to cost center budget code

Dealing with Group events in Saudi Arabia to organize internal and external events.

Liaising with HO as requested.

Other Ad hoc issues as directed by the Management

Language translation where relevant

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Saudi Nationals preferred

Technical skills required

Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft office.

Ability to prepare management & other reports as necessary

Languages

English is must, Arabic & French preferred
