Job summary
** This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

Summary
Prepare and review regulatory reports, government survey, fiscal reporting and other ad hoc reports and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review HKMA returns, SFC returns, government survey and financial disclosure statements
- Streamline the return reporting process with adequate control checks on each return and across different returns.
- Create and update procedure manual.
- Participating in transversal projects assigned by CFO, e.g. HKMA GDR project
- Supervising and providing guidance to the subordinate in preparing the reports.
- Streamline the work process where necessary.
- Develop the new working process on new reports.
- Coordinating relevant departments on collecting the required information requested by the regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update the mapping tools for HKMA reports.
- Update and create the KEOPS reports where necessary. Perform UAT on critical KEOPS reports.
- Update and create queries and macros in ACCESS where necessary or upon changes of reporting format/criteria.
- Prepare tax schedules.
- Train and manage subordinate’s works.

Qualified accountant or degree holder with major in Accountancy
