Job summary

Summary:

The position requires a sound functional knowledge to ensure that the delivered solution answers the business’ needs – enhancements, maintenance tasks and bug fixes intended for the cash management system serving Corporate Clients.

Main responsibilities:

·        Develop new products and enhancements for Payments and cash management applications

·        Join and lead grooming sessions to prepare Functional and technical design

·        Join and lead workshops to prepare detailed estimates

·        Ensure Code quality, delivery and maintenance

·        Perform Unitary test and Review the deliverables

·        Support Production – L3

·        Handle Functional test activities (including Integration, E2E and UAT)

Main duties details:

Develop and enhance:

·Study, evaluate, understand and provide feedback on functional specifications

·Convert Functional Specifications to User Stories

·Assist team members in all development and testing related activities

·Create Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test Scripts, Test Plan

·Use and Maintenance of Test Management Tools like JIRA

·Perform non-functional testing and E2E testing

·Conduct relevant testing before handing over product for UAT

·Provide functional support during UAT

·Assist Scrum Master, BA, Testers and the developers

Maintenance and support

·Provide L3 functional support for applications under responsibility

·Analyse and resolve tickets raised by end-users in production environment

·Analyse enhancement requests as prioritized by business for live applications under responsibility and provide IT inputs

·Release Deployment management

·Assist L1/L2 support to improve support quality over time

Functional Documentation

·Prepare and maintain Functional documents (Functional specifications, user stories and other standard documents)

Co-ordination and communication

·Coordinate with other developers, business analysts and other stakeholders as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality

·Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure and IT Ops teams

·Organize meetings on any functional topics under control as needed

·Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team members
