Position

 

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a motivated and skilled IT business analyst to join GIT/ISAP/BLI/DEC – Digital Exellence Center, in the scope of the web applications development team.

 

Mission: on a portfolio of transversal projects for various business lines, design, develop and document web application solutions. Guaranty the alignment between users' needs and products delivered (in-house solutions). Within a fully integrated team in Singapore, you will intervene during the entire project life cycle.

Main responsibilities

Main responsibilities of the role:

·         Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders (IT teams and business users) to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts: detailed functional specifications, use cases, test strategy and test cases (including entry and exit criteria)
·         Prepare, maintain and communicate the above mentioned functional documentation
·         Analyze and transform business requirements into solutions with the help of Development teams.
·         Plan, prepare and execute the testing strategy and tests (SIT) of the overall developed solutions
·         Deliver fully tested products on-time, up to production deployment.
·         Follow up and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
·         Support the project planning, schedules and milestones in coordination with project teams
·         Report status to project stakeholders
·         Report and escalate key risks, and issues
·         Prepare and maintain the application user guide
·         Provide L2/L3 support on production incidents


Qualifications and Profile

This position requires relevant experiences as an IT Business Analyst supporting the development of enterprise wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment. The level of detail of the knowledge will be assessed considering the seniority of the candidate.


Required skills

Mandatory

§  Hands-on experience of coordination between the IT business lines and IT team (various locations) and as primary functional support for development teams

§  Knowledge in project cycle methodologies and management

§  Knowledge in software development life cycle and software testing life cycle

§  Good experience in managing small to medium-sized projects (iterative or agile).

§  Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements

§  Experience in writing test documents and performing functional tests

§  Ability to anticipate risks

§  Identify and determine enhancements to improve business processes and to mitigate/reduce risks

§  Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools (including MS Project).

§  Proficient in SQL database queries

§  Ability to prepare dataset for analysis and validation purposes
