Job summary

Team and Position
We are seeking a talented Support Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Market IT (CMI) department to prepare the release of the application.

CMI involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

We are starting the decommissioning of our Kondor Plus trading platform for our Treasury business to transfer this activity to our main front office target platform (Orchestrade or OT). Orchestrade is already implemented for a large list of assets and business lines.

The DeKOT project (decommissioning of Kondor+ to migrate into Orchestrade) will migrate our worldwide cross asset treasury platform (all products) booked in several instances of Kondor Plus. We have created a team in Singapore to take in charge some part of the project (e.g. In-bound and out-bound flows of the platform for various systems or modules, API…). Performance and latency of those interfaces will be key for the success of the project.

With strong interactions with our Paris Head office team, the support analyst would work with the first BA team members and development team based in Asia in Singapore, our IT treasury team, businessstakeholders in the region and our head office teams. The team will be fully allocated to this project and will be part of a multi sites project team.

As a Support Analyst and business analyst in the pre migration phase, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business user needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from both your IT Division and aligned treasury business line to define, document, and translate business requirements into actionable software specifications. You will be a key advocate for business value, ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our users and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

As a Support specialist, you will be immersed in real life production systems, that shape and devise the future of capital markets IT. Unleash your creativity, collaborate with industry leaders, and drive innovation that sets new standards. This is your chance to be a catalyst for change and make your mark in the dynamic world of capital markets. You will have the support and guidance of identified subject matter experts, dedicated communities, as well as established leaders.

When the system will be used on production you will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. Y
