We are looking for a Native Korean Trainee who is willing to work at CACIB Hong Kong Branch and collaborate closely with Korean clients and counterparties.
Overview of the position
1. Day-to-Day pricing services, training and marketing to Global Markets Solutions network of investment products and hedging solutions across asset classes
2. Design and develop new products, tools, marketing, transaction-related materials responding to client need and sales feedback
3. Ensure a smooth execution process between Trading and Sales
4. Coordinate the internal development process
5. Develop appropriate “packaging” with a strong transactional motivation in order to optimize client objectives with respect to risk, accounting or regulatory constraints
6. Ensure the business is carried out with the highest origination standards from both a compliance and legal standpoint
7. Represent the business and be the main point of contact
8. Visit clients with GMD Sales to identify opportunities
Key responsibilities
1. Liaise with the sales force regarding their client’s financial objectives and identify suitable product that meet their needs.
2. Propose products and solutions. (e.g., pricing, strategy, pitch, client meetings)
3. Work with relevant department on specific scarce resources relief transaction or strategy.
4. Prepare marketing materials for products.
5. Execute transactions with Trading.
6. Ensure best-in-class trade execution from pre to post trade to offer best client service.
7. Work closely with other regional structuring team to ensure efficiency of production and to leverage idea generation.
8. Contribute to the development of new products.
9. Maintain awareness of market changes and the impact on products.
10. Be involved in ad-hoc projects regarding new product developments and new business initiatives.

12. Report to the management on an ad-hoc basis where business dictates and requires
13. Adhere to CA-CIB policies and be alert to risks arising from transactions for the bank and clients.
