The ideal candidate should complete their graduation requirements and is available to start the position from September 2026 onwards. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs.
Summary
Support:
- Greater China DCM Originators in their Debt Capital Market marketing initiatives and to ensure smooth execution of mandated transactions in the international bond markets
- Liaising with other internal terms on origination and execution efforts including Coverage, Syndicate, Sustainable Banking, Ratings Advisory and other support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support DCM Originators’ marketing efforts and assist the team to ensure smooth execution of Debt Capital Market transactions
- Provide support for executing all types of debt instrument across the capital structure, including senior unsecured, and subordinated debt/capital, for clients in Asia including corporates, banks, and sovereigns across the rating spectrum
- Analysis of market conditions and trends, create and update marketing pitch books and presentations
- Income, pipeline and data reporting – GMD (bond business)
- Assist in organizing roadshows and signing ceremonies
- Liaising with other external parties on deal execution, including legal counsels, netroadshow, auditors, trustees/fiscal agents, etc
