Key responsibilities
- Assist in analysis of new transactions by running profitability simulations using the Bank’s profitability indicator tools (“PI Box” or “Eurecca”), calculating loss given default in SMAC, and confirming know your business products (“GCAT”)
- Work with origination teams to facilitate transaction credit submissions and annual reviews, including generating an internal credit rating (“Anadefi”), filling out the equator principles questionnaire, compliance grid, and other forms required by risk (“Phidias”)
- Organize items such as tax forms, administrative details forms, and promissory notes for transaction closings as required
- Input transaction details in “ALTAR” such as facility type, pricing, maturity dates, etc using knowledge of credit documentation
- Liaise with loan operations and documentary and guarantee operations to facilitate loan fundings and LC issuances and to ensure that fees are properly captured in the Bank’s systems (“CLIX”)
- Upload amendments to our internal document repository (“LEGOS”) and coordinate with CBO to clear any anomalies
- Filing post-closing paperwork such as green deal requests and SPPI forms
- Assist with annual reviews and transaction closings as and when required
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor Degree/BSc Degree or equivalent
Level of minimum experience
3-5 years in a banking operations or middle office role
