Job summary
Main Responsibilities
- Closely collaborates with the CMTP Asia Program manager and GIT and OPC Asia referents on the daily project management of the CMTP Asia project
- Closely collaborates with CMTP structure in Paris : Global CMTP ITB referent, Global CMTP Product referent, all CMTP global stream leads
- Contributes to the delivery of the CMTP Asia business case together with GIT, OPC and local teams, and deployments of the roadmap
- Ensures that acquisition and reporting formats delivered by the program for Asia are put in place with the right level of quality
- Key project success indicators are relayed to the CMTP Asia Program Manager for consolidation: business risks, issues (alerts), budgetary topics and critical path monitoring for combined operational reporting of the program
- Contributes to end-to-end analysis of processes in Asia, and to the definition of target processes with a view to enabling STP where possible
- Coordinates UATs from ITB perspective
- Contributes to the Change Management of the program and the implementation of the associated Target Operating Model in Asia
- In close collaboration with the Regional Head of Transaction Banking Products Asia, global CMTP ITB and Product referent in Paris and with Front Office, coordinates ITB contributions to the definition of the product and country roadmap, in line with the Transaction Banking product strategy for Asia, and contributes to the resulting business case
- Closely works with regional and global product teams to manage the right quality of contributions and details on the product offer from Transaction Banking side
- Ensures that products delivered or improved by the CMTP Asia project are incorporated in the global product catalogue
- Coordinates the delivery of the NAP associated with the CMTP Asia roadmap by local or regional product managers
- Contributes to the preparation and facilitation of governance and management meetings of the project, as defined by the Program Director (overall), Asia project manager and the sponsors
- Contributes to the budgetary management of the Asia project, on a multi-year basis
- Contributes to submissions for investment decision committees and contributions to internal bodies (Filiere Projet, General management presentations) of the CMTP Asia project
- Contributes to the Follow up and Risk assessment
- Performs Quality assessment on deliverables
- Contributes to the follow up of project management metrics, and especially the ITB KPIs
- Responsible for the consistency of the roadmap for Asia, ensure the synchronization with the CMT ITB Referent regarding the global CMT Roadmap and contributes to the Change Request preparation, organization and assessment
- Contributes to the project communication plan for CMTP Asia in line with the plans of Transformation TB and ITB
- Contributes for Asia projects to the facilitation of the Tactical Change Committee Cash Management

▪8-15 years of experience in Product Management respective to Cash Management, with strong exposure to complex integration projects
▪Has a thorough understanding of relevant products such as : domestic and international payments, real-time payments, client acquisition and reporting channels, RTGS transactions and FX payments
Required skills
▪End-to-end operational model in Cash Management, within a Transaction
Bank, understanding of value chain and cash management processing
▪Management of complex cash management projects
▪Working within transversal project teams
▪Thrives in an international, multi cultural, working environment
Technical skills required
