Summary
Position based in New York, within the Risk Division, to assist the Head of the CUSO Enterprise Wide Risk Management Team. The primary mission of the team is to reinforce the local implementation of Credit Agricole SA Group risk monitoring standards while ensuring U.S. specificities and requirements are properly taken into account. The team will be more specifically in charge of:
- Assisting the CUSO Chief Risk Officer to overview the risks of the Combined US Operations
- Work closely with the businesses to create a well-managed environment

Responsibilities
Following the implementation of the Enhanced Prudential Standards, a FED regulation, a comprehensive risk framework has been developed to have a transverse and holistic view and monitoring of the risks of all activities of Credit Agricole in the United States (U.S.). Credit Agricole activities in the U.S. mainly consist of Credit Agricole CIB New York (CACIB NY), and Amundi U.S.
As member of CUSO EWRM:
- Support the Head of CUSO EWRM in the regulatory activities which include exam and meeting management, document collection, review of deliverables
- Support the Head of CUSO EWRM in the implementation of regulatory remediation projects: track and report the risk project delivery from initiation through scope, requirements, build, testing, operational readiness and successful implementation in order to clear examination findings
- Maintain and promote internal and external relationships on regulatory topics
- Maintain knowledge of existing and new regulatory trends and innovations and participate in organizations to gain industry know ledge to determine the potential value to the organization and its impact on our organization
- Be responsible for change management for major new regulatory initiatives or rules implementation

Assist on this project, by ensuring the implementation of solid methodologies, clearly documented. This project, in addition to be critical issues put forward by the FED, will provide a unique
- transverse view on the risks of the Credit Agricole activities in the U.S.
- Follow up on upcoming new regulatory requirements and their impact for CUSO and Entities Risk division
Essential
- 3-5 years banking experience in Risk Division
Desirable
- Successful experience in a Foreign Banking Organization in the US, in implementing US regulatory requirements
Base Salary Range 110,000- 145,000
