Job summary

Summary
Assists COO Japan in all PA matters including Assists CRO (Head of RPC Japan) in all PA matters

Negotiate corporate hotels and travel agents
Administrate Delegation of Powers (MYSIGN)
Back-up Organization team for DDA accounts management (ISIS)
Administrate Intra-Group SLAs (received/provided) and regularly compile Vendors list from relevant departments

Assists managers/staff of Support Functions under COO for business trips bookings

Assists managers/staff of RPC for business trips bookings

Leads/assists in various communications events
External: Macro Economic Seminar, any client event assistance if/when needed
Internal: HO/Regional VIP town-halls, Year End Party, Wines Sales/Event (CA Grands Crus), Other Sales, Conrad Gym rotations, …
Social/charity: FIT run/walk/ride event,

Reports to COO Japan

Key Internal Contacts:  COO, Management, managers, relevant regional/HO managers

Key External Contacts:  Travel Agents, Hotels and Airlines
