Missions

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Germany as Assistant Middle Office Financial and Trade Operations.

You will support to the multi-product Financial and Trade Operations Middle Office team for the processing of loan, issued guarantee and documentary credit transactions, Controlling & Reporting, Organisation & Projects.

Your main responsibilities and duties will be:

1/ Support to the multi-product Financial and Trade Operations Middle Office team, in relation with local Front Office and international Processing Platforms

  • Product range: Trade Finance, Cash Management and Loan Administration
  • Issuance or amendment of international and domestic guarantees
  • Follow-up of transactional events related to banking guarantees (i.e. claims, releases, text vetting etc.)
  • Issuance or amendment of Import documentary credits
  • Advising of Export documentary credits
  • Documentary presentations under documentary credits
  • Set-up of new facilities for all products (including cash management)
  • Set-up of new loans (drawdowns) and further processing 

2/ Controlling & Reporting

  • Monitoring of daily operational controls
  • Production of activity reports (KPI, RMA etc.)
  • Roadmap follow-up

 
3/ Organisation & Projects

  • Creation and management of customer sheets
  • Support to local internal projects (including support documents and minutes preparation)
  • Follow-up and implementation of agreed actions for improvements
  • Creation and/or review of existing procedures
  • Request access rights for team members
