Summary
The position will support the HRBP team across the front office and control function teams – mainly focussing on Global Markets and Support functions like Risk, Legal, Compliance and Audit.
Key Responsibilities
Routine:
- Support the end to end hiring process including interview arrangement at certain times, contract preparation, building relationships with vendors and managing our online job portal
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the staff through the portal – PeopleDoc
Conduct orientation and exit meetings for permanent staff
Manage probation review and visa application in a timely and effective manner
Maintain complete record on HRIS systems (e.g. IPL, PeopleDoc, MyComp, etc.) and HR reports such as staff movement and visa database
Reply incoming reference check requests as needed
Support staff’s full life cycle including letter preparation and answering queries
Settle invoice including translation, relocation, courier fees, etc.
Provide other ad-hoc tasks in Hong Kong and the Region
Seasonal:
- Support GCR (Global Compensation Review) process and co-ordinate in the Region
- Be a point of contact for the HRBP team as the user of PeopleDoc and liaise with PeopleDoc Administrator to improve the processes
- Prepare data and statistical analysis upon request
