We are seeking a Real Estate Intern to join our Corporate or Investment Banking team. This role requires a professional with a relevant degree, ideally with experience in structured lending within the property or hotel finance sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented with strong competencies in financial modelling and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Conduct detailed credit and risk analysis to support lending decisions
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
- Execute transactions efficiently, adhering to all regulatory and internal guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation and effective service delivery
- Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge to enhance service offerings
