The Global Medium-Term Notes, Private Placements & Commercial Paper Group (MTNPPCP) is a globally integrated fixed income syndicate business within Crédit Agricole CIB's Global Markets Division. Our 13-person team spans London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, providing seamless, around-the-clock access to the full range of Capital Markets. We originate, structure, and execute both bond and derivative trades across all currencies and tenors, from overnight to 100 years. In 2024, we closed over 5,000 trades with a total notional exceeding €130BN, making us the No.1 ranked Global MTNPP business in the world.

 

Candidate Profile

 

This candidate will posses strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build relationships easily and communicate clearly. They will thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and are a self-starter who is highly motivated and eager to learn and grow. With a degree-level education and a strong numerate background, they have a problem-solving mindset and are proficient in Excel. Additionally, strong English and French language skills are ideal for this candidate.

 

Main area of focus for this is to:

 

  • Assist the team across the entire geographical coverage of the platform with emphasis on EMEA
  • Involvement in reparation of potential transactions and provide market flow updates to help team members obtain and execute mandates from issuers.
  • Price deals, monitor markets, manage deal and post-deal workflows, and maintain team bookings and books-and-records.

  • From day one, you'll work on the trading floor, performing critical tasks and gaining exposure to our full spectrum of products within the bank’s fixed income franchise.
